Hello everyone! Welcome to the University of Manitoba. My name is Matt Hepner and I am your 2010-2011 UMSU Vice-President Student Services. My position ranges from coordinating and providing resources to the over 100 student groups and five student service groups at the U of M as well as organizing many of the events, socials, fundraisers, and activities on our campuses. I also look after the operation of the Student Group Resource Centre, chair several committees, and serve as a liaison between UMSU and student groups, student service groups and student councils.

As your elected executive, our priority is to represent the whole student body, so we encourage students to stop by the UMSU offices any time with any recommendations or questions you may have. We also hope you will get involved with UMSU through volunteering, participating in council, joining the UMSU Facebook group and attending UMSU's many events. I look forward to working with all of you to create a positive, well-rounded university experience.
