UMSU provides numerous services for students, such as a health and dental plan, student group funding, travel funding, and free International Student Identity Cards.

As an UMSU member, you qualify for a health and dental benefits plan.

ISIC

As a member of the Canadian Federation of Students, all full-time undergraduate students are eligible for a free ISIC through UMSU!

Student Advocacy

If you experience academic difficulties and require support, an UMSU representative is available to assist you.

We all know that tuition fees are too high. UMSU has developed two programs to address the financial constraints of students.

GoSA -Gallery of Student Art

The Gallery of Student Art is a student-run and student-funded gallery space centrally located in University Centre.

Peers: Students Helping Students

Peers is a group of student volunteers who are committed to providing support to their fellow students. Each Peer completes an intensive training program led by counselling professionals.

Tutor Registry

The registry allows students to find tutors for courses in which they'd like extra support and allows independent tutors a place to post contact information.

UMSU Living

UMSU Living, your one stop shop to help you rent, sublet, carpool, rideshare, and buy/sell furniture

Bison Grocery Run

The Bison Grocery Run is a service offered to students requiring groceries on the weekend. A free shuttle runs between University Centre and Superstore.
